At GORUCK, we build gear to last a lifetime, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Generate and print your prepaid shipping label; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your gear in its original packaging or a sturdy box, attach the shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
